1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LEAD4U Digital Marketing's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

LEAD4U Digital Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Social Media Marketing
• Local Listing Management
• Brand Building Services
• Web Development

3. Service Terms and Pricing

Our current service pricing includes:

• SEO Services: Starting at $499/month
• PPC Management: $999/month
• Listing Management: $99/month

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice. Custom packages are available upon consultation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information
• Making timely payments according to agreed terms
• Providing necessary access to accounts and platforms
• Reviewing and approving campaigns before launch
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Monthly services are billed in advance
• Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to individual service agreements

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

While we strive for excellent results, digital marketing involves variables beyond our control. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Exact return on investment
• Precise lead generation numbers
• Immediate results (most campaigns require 3-6 months)

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created by LEAD4U remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for materials specifically created for their campaigns.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, strategies, and data. We expect the same level of confidentiality regarding our methodologies and proprietary processes.

9. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Client is responsible for payment of services rendered
• Access credentials will be transferred back to client
• Final reporting will be provided
• Ongoing campaigns will be paused or transferred as requested

10. Limitation of Liability

LEAD4U Digital Marketing's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Dallas, Texas. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Texas state law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
